Delivery

Orders are shipped via Canada Post within one or two open days usually. Cost is based on delivery address, package dimensions and its weight.

Delivery prices can vary for destinations far from Montreal, such as the Maritime provinces and the North-West Territory.
If the price is higher than the one stated, we will advise you by email.

Concerning oversized items such as harps, cellos, basses and their cases, which are not delivered by Canada Post,

transportation cost will be determined individually. The client will then be contacted by telephone or email.

Jules Saint-Michel, Luthier is not responsible for lost or damaged orders. Jules Saint-Michel, Luthier does not

reimburse any lost or damaged parcel.

If you are not satisfied with a product, please call us and we will find a solution.

Any return must be authorized by telephone or email. Items returned must be in the same pristine condition they were when bought.
